good physical training can help you win more taekwondo fights

Getting started is easy. Just choose your plan and i will get back to you

Doing random stuff you see online without structure?

95% of athletes and coaches dont really know what works and what does not when it comes to strength and conditioning

I have seen so many athletes do bodybuilding style programs that just dont give good results over time. In S&C we say “lets throw some shit on the wall and see what sticks”. This is the plan for even some high level athletes and yes in the beggining you will get results since anything you do will cause some adaptations but with lack of structure and knowing when and what to program you will hit a wall and wonder why you dont have further progress when you are training so hard.

With my experience we can do better

I have been training taekwondo athletes for the last 10 years and what I offer is structured plan on excercises and methods that I know work. I know that everyone online looks like they know what they are doing bu trust me this is not the case. Most are just finding excercises online and just randomly putting them in their program. With my programs we follow your needs and capacaty going 1 step forward every week. You become better by learning why something works and doing it with intent. You learn propper form, how much to load, when to unload, when to go all in and when to back up.

What To Expect

Form and Dosage

I will correct your form and give you propper volume and intensity so that your body has stimulus to become better but not overtrain and crash after few weeks or months. I adjust the program to you since some excercises are just maybe not for your body type.

Sport Specific Stuff

Yes we will do sport specific excercises since taekwondo truly is demanding. You need to be strong but not gain much muscle, you need to be fast but not overtrained, you need power but you dont like olympic lifting…

This is where I give you solutions.

Tracking And Testing

For every athlete that works with me I have a tracking tool to see is there progress and how is the body reacting to the program. Without tracking and testing we dont really know what we are doing to be honest. So I do my best to track some paramaters that are convinient to track in this online setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. All athletes have different body anatomy and capacity. There are similiar things ofcourse in every program but order, dosage, volume, timing it is all based on athletes goals.

No. No one can guarantee anything like this. This comes to your taekwondo skill level first. I will bring your speed, power, strength, capacity up if you follow my plan but what you do with it is multifactorial and depends on lot of things.

Depends on how you look at thinks. There is boring stuff and there is interesting stuff. Program is made to make your body superior to bring your taekwondo game up and not for you just to have fun.

No. When payment is made I make the time to look at your profile and create a plan for you. So the work I do is mostly done at that time and I can not work for free. Any special request will ofcourse be reconsidered.

Yes of course. The probability is low but you can get hurt doing some program by yourself or just by doing regular stuff. This is sport and there are always risks but I tend to believe my programs are really safe and can acctually prevent injuries and not couse them,

NO. I am not a nutritionist and this is not my expertise. I do know a lot on this topic but it is so important for taekwondo that I tend not to get involved and leave this to you and your nutritionist.
